First step; Go to a UK proxy like http://webypass.info/ (this is the one I used)

Second step; Paste http://www.stardoll.com into the URL box of the proxy. Press enter/hit go.

Third step; Log in and then paste THIS LINK: http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/doyouknow/index.php?chat=4&posted=1 into the URL box of the proxy. Press enter/hit go.

Wait for the page to load, then you can ex off the proxy and return to normal Stardoll.

The shoes will come in a bag like this in your suite:
