First step; Go to a UK proxy like http://webypass.info/ (this is the one I used)
Second step; Paste THIS LINK: http://www.stardoll.com into the URL box of the proxy
Third step; Log in, and then paste THIS LINK: http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/doyouknow/index.php?chat=3&posted=1 into the URL box of the proxy and press go/hit enter.
Fourth step; Wait for the page to load, then ex off the proxy.

It should come in a bag like this

Also it may take a while for it to get to your suite, but mine came pretty quick today.
