I haven't posted in a while, so time to catch up and stop procrastinating and actually post! :D
First step; Go to a Brazilian proxy like http://brazilunblock.info/ or http://brazilsurf.info/
Second step; Paste http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3483 into the URL box of the proxy. Hit enter/click go.
Third step; Log into Stardoll
Fourth step; Complete the quiz with random answers, click the 'enter competetion' button.
The jacket should arrive in your suite after awhile
