Step one; Go to a proxy like http://webypass.info/ (this is the one I used)
Step two; Paste THIS LINK: http://www.stardoll.com in the URL box of the proxy
Step three; Log into your account, wait for the page to load
Step four; Paste THIS LINK: http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/doyouknow/index.php?chat=2&posted=1 into the URL box of the proxy
Step five; Wait for the page to load, and then ex off the proxy and return to normal Stardoll.

It should come in a bag like this:
